Measuring 17" h. x 5" w. Illustrated in The Lost Treasures of Louis Comfort Tiffany, by McKean, P. 157, figure 150, Provenance Barry Toombs Collection. A similiar vase pictured and described in the Chrysler Museum Collection as follows:

Description
Flower form vase. Attached dome base. Gold iridescent bottom. Opaque upper rim. Five opaque leaf outlines inner. Twisted opaque and green 4.5" stem. Color continuing to triangular bud type flower ending in opaque (opalescent) triangular rim.
