Tiffany Studios Daffodil Lamp, Favrile, tiffany lamps, Tiffany glass -- Tiffany Studios Daffodil lamp, flowing art nouveau design, with long-stemmed daffodils, shade signed Tiffany Studios, New York base impressed Tiffany Studios New York 394 S197. It measures 24" high and shade is 16" diam. The shade is Illustrated in The Lamps of Tiffany, by Dr. Egon Neustadt, P. 133, Illustration 188 The daffodils are supported by extremely long stems, two in each repeat reach almost to the aperture, the third is set near the middle of the shade. There are three repeats. The flowers are orange-yellow, the large size of their center cups is especially evident in the daffodil facing directly forward and the one at center right. The stems are light green, and the segmented leaves are dark green.
